2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Service not initiated due to our inability to proceed
  • Duplicate payment made by error
  • Service cancellation before commencement of work
  • Failure to deliver service due to reasons attributable to us

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Work has already been initiated or completed
  • Application rejected by government authorities due to client's ineligibility or incorrect information
  • Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect documentation from client
  • Government fees already paid to authorities
  • Client changes mind after service commencement
  • Third-party platform rejections (Zomato, Swiggy, etc.) due to non-compliance

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of payment
  2. Provide your transaction details and reason for refund request
  3. Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days
  4. If approved, refund will be processed within 10-15 business days
  5. Refund will be credited to the original payment method

5. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be provided based on the work completed. The refund amount will be calculated after deducting the cost of work already performed and any non-refundable government fees.

6. Government Fees

Government fees, stamp duty, and other statutory charges paid to authorities are non-refundable under any circumstances as these are paid directly to government departments.

7. Service Re-attempt

In case of application rejection due to correctable errors, we will make reasonable efforts to rectify and resubmit the application at no additional charge. This does not apply to rejections due to client ineligibility or non-compliance.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by contacting our senior management. We will make every effort to resolve disputes amicably.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
