Clients are responsible for:

• Submitting all required documents in a timely manner
• Paying service fees as agreed
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining confidentiality of account credentials

4. Service Fees and Payment

Service fees are as quoted at the time of engagement. Payment terms will be communicated clearly. All government fees, if applicable, are additional and will be charged separately. Fees once paid are subject to our refund policy.

5. Service Delivery

We make every effort to deliver services within the estimated timeframe. However, processing times may vary depending on government authorities and document verification. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties or incomplete documentation.

6. Limitation of Liability

Business Shalla Consultancy acts as a facilitator for registration and compliance services. We are not responsible for rejections by government authorities due to ineligibility, incorrect information, or non-compliance with legal requirements. Our liability is limited to the service fees paid.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and documents. Information will only be shared with government authorities and service providers as necessary to fulfill our services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and marketing materials is the property of Business Shalla Consultancy and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Termination does not affect obligations already incurred. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad, Haryana.

11. Modifications
